The Wood County Animal Welfare Advisory Committee is comprised of representatives from various animal welfare groups across Wood County. They are actively working to raise awareness about current animal welfare practices and needs across the county and would like input from Wood County residents as part of this process.
The Health and Human Services Sub-Committee of the Wood County Economic Development Commission has developed a survey to gain input regarding citizen perceptions, views, and thoughts about current health care and human services in the county and areas in those categories that are in need of attention.
The objective of this survey is to bring about improvement for those currently living within the county, as well as, to make Wood County more attractive in the future for prospective new residents and businesses.
The survey is completely anonymized so each participant can feel free to express their most honest opinions on the topics discussed. As an extra step to protect your anonymity, no data on IP addresses will be collected as a result of this survey.
The survey takes only 8 minutes to complete and participating can help your voice be heard!
Thank you for your participation, input, and for helping shape the future of Wood County!
